This training helps you take the next step: using those skills more consciously, flexibly, and strategically.

Meet your trainer(s)

Ilona Eichhorn

Partner, Trainer en Coach
Ilona Eichhorn has 19 years of (international) experience as a coach, trainer, and facilitator. In a fun, lighthearted way, she provides participants with insights into effectively communicating content. She trains clients ranging from municipalities to the European Parliament and from management teams to the boardroom. Recent clients include Deloitte, EY, the Municipality of Rotterdam, the Erasmus Centre for Healthcare Governance, the Academy for Supervisors, the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG), and Xebia. She is also a guest lecturer at Delft University of Technology and Radboud University.

Als je je echt kunt richten op je persoonlijke ontwikkeling, kun je het maximale uit je training halen. Tijdelijk volledig weg uit je dagelijkse routine. Volg jouw training daarom op onze eigen trainingslocatie in hartje Utrecht (LET OP! Tussen mei en december 2026 is onze tijdelijke locatie: Driebergseweg 17, 3708 JA Zeist), waar alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd is. Geniet van onze uitgebreide lunch, waarbij we enkel werken met locale partners. Loop in de pauze even een stukje langs de singel of verwerk je nieuwe kennis in alle rust in onze eigen stadstuin.

Kortom, ervaar hoe onze combinatie van het programma, de trainers en de locatie je leerproces op alle mogelijke manieren versterkt.
